Foot Free Safety Stirrups

Based on an Elizabethan design, this stirrup has been used successfully in Europe for hundreds of years. The sculptured outer edge of the stirrup allows the foot to slide out easily in the event of a fall. There are no moveable or detachable parts to break or disengage. Highly recommended for all adult riders, especially fox hunters.
I have unfortunately had occasion to test these! Fortunately for me they worked! Enough said. I now won't ride without them.
Stainless steel with pads.
